Refund policy
If the product is damaged, expired or missing, the customer gets a free return & refund, or they can request to replace the defect product. Customer has 7 working days after receiving the product to reach to us to inform about any issue in the product. After 7 working days, there will be no return or refund. If approved, the refund takes place in 3-10 working days. Replacements takes place in 1-3 working days for products that are in-stock. Otherwise, it depends on the parent company stock, shipping time, and other factors that could get involved to get the product imported.
